Freshbooks Add On not working all the time

  1. I have a form setup using the Freshbooks Add On - http://www.travelquotes.co.za/supplier-registration

    It works great but not all the time...

    I came to realize that it does not always generate an invoice. I've checked all settings and all is ok. I also tested the form 10 times and saw that it only generated 7 out of 10 invoices.

    Why could this be?

  2. I actually did some more tests and found this seems to happen when there are 2 or more people completing the form at about the same time.

  3. It could be on the FreshBooks API or it could be your an issue with your server communicating with the FreshBooks API. Gravity Forms simply calls the FreshBooks API, however that is dependent upon both the FreshBooks API responding and your servers ability to communicate with the FreshBooks API servers.
