Get flash of unstyled content when clicking the date picker...

  1. When I click the date picker box the calendar opens but a big black box appears for a second in the left corner of the page. Mainly a big black box but it has been small too for a second. **Looks like FireFox only... tested with pretty much all the other new breed of browsers. WTF.

So, I really think this is the form but I won't count out my code or other scripts I just need to know if someone has seen it... could really use this working.

Validating my page I get only two errors, both Gravity Form related. Not sure what the deal is here either.

line 133 column 3267 - Warning: <input> attribute "type" has invalid value "number"
line 133 column 895 - Warning: <input> attribute "type" has invalid value "email"

BTW, I'm using the WP editor to insert the code.

  2. The datepicker is a default jQuery UI element and it still has some cross browser issues with flickering, etc. It's not directly related to the Gravity Forms plugin.

You can read up on this previous related thread.

The validation errors you're seeing are unrelated and are from the HTML 5 field types that were added in the last release. In the next release, we're going to make those an optional setting so there won't be any validation issues for those who are concerned.
