Get post ID and hooks list

    Hi!
    I've searched the forums but couldn't find the answer. I was wondering:

    1. Is there a complete list of hooks and filters? The page http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/hooks-and-filters/ lists 3 of them, but I have seen others being cited in this forum's topics.

    2. Is there any way I can get the post ID of a post created via Gravity Forms and redirect the user to the post's page upon submission?

    1) A complete list of hooks and filters will be available with the official 1.5 release which will be later this month.
