  1. How can I get rid of the state/province in the adress field?

You have to prepopulate the state field and use CSS to hide this field.

You can read more about this here and maybe share your wish to have this as an extra option in GF:

  3. We plan on making the state/province/region field optional like the country and address line 2 in an upcoming release. Until then, Jan's solution above is the only way to do it.

Hi Carl, will that be in the next 1.3.x release or in the next 1.x release?

  7. It will be in the next feature release. We are working on it.

I can't guarantee that means the NEXT release because if we have bug fixes that need to be released those take priority and might be done in a release on it's own.

It would be in a 1.3.x release. We plan on a bunch of minor enhancements in an upcoming 1.3.x release. The 1.4 release which feature larger enhancements.
