Jonathan, I'm afraid I may be slow tonight or operating with too little coffee. Can you point to an example of what you're referring to as dynamic input fields? Dynamic means so many things these days and I'm drawing a complete blank on what they mean with regard to your Gravity Form. I may not be familiar with the term but I'm willing to learn.

Gravity Forms are rendered dynamically, when the page is called in the browser. Is that what you mean? You want to get the name of the fields, like input ID? Just guessing at this point.
