Getting "This field requires an unique entry" when entering a submission

    HI,

    I'm getting this message whenever someone tried to add an entry. This started yesterday and I've made no changes to the plugin.

    There was a problem with your submission.
    Errors have been highlighted below

    This field requires an unique entry and 'XXX' has already been used.

    No idea why this is happening. Suggestions?

    Have you double checked to make sure the "no duplicates" option isn't enabled for that field? If for some reason it is, uncheck it and retry submitting.

    If it's checked, thats the problem. Uncheck it and save the form.
