One of my forms is giving us triplicate submissions (and also sending triplicate automated responses). I read an earlier post that suggests that it might be a new plugin. I can't say that I can make a correlation. In an effort to avoid that elimination process (and because I love all of my plugins) I'm wondering if there are any known issues.

The only plugin I know of that causes this issue is Simple Facebook Connect because of how it executes, it calls your post content multiple times which causes the form to be submitted multiple times instead of once.
We implemented code in Gravity Forms v1.5, which is currently a development release, that tries to prevent this from happening. You could try downloading it from the Downloads page and installing it and see if it fixes the issue.
If not you'd have to deactivate ALL Your other plugins except Gravity Forms, test to see if it works properly and if it does then you'd activate each plugin one by one until you find the plugin that is causing the issue.
I understand you may love all of your plugins, but one of those plugins could be poorly developed and is causing this problem so it's not loving you back.
