GF 1.6.9 breaks conditional logic

  1. Hi,

I recently updated a site [stg.balancebox.com] from GF 1.6.7. to 1.6.9 - this broke the conditional logic on a complex pricing form (tied in with WooCommerce) - basically two prices were showing up.

I've rolled back to 1.6.7 for now; I'd appreciate if conditional logic changes between the 2 versions could be looked into / fixed.

    Many thanks,

    David

Can you link to your form? Conditional logic got a bump to be more efficient but it made it a bit more sensitive to JS issues. There might be a JS issue already on your site causing our latest version not to work.

  3. Hi David,

Thank you for getting back to me.

The URL having the issue is http://stg.balancebox.com/ - you need to register using the Start Now link on the left nav bar, (sorry it's a 2 step process) and then access the Order More form which is the one having the issue.

As I said, I've rolled back to GF 1.6.7 as it wasn't working. This is a particularly complex form and has multiple variations on the price which are dependent on the options selected. If you'd like admin access to the site, please let me know.

    Many thanks,

    David
