GF causing slowness and sluggish browser behaviour

Ok, my 2nd support ticket within an hour.

After activating GF on http://wedessertmore.com , I noticed the page take MUCH more time to load, and sometimes it appears sluggish (like when you open 200 tabs on an old computer). I've searched the archives and it seems that most users didn't get thorough replies.

I have *already* increased my memory_limit from 64MB to 128MB in the php.ini file.

Does GF offer a 30-day-money-back guarantee or something along these lines? it has only been 2 hours since I purchased the plugin.

If you want to discuss refunds, you will want to use the following form: http://www.gravityhelp.com/contact-us/

As for your sluggishness issue, you may need to increase your memory limit in your wp-config, and your server may not have let you increase it in your php.ini file, despite putting the rule there.

Then there is the Content Delivery Network you are using, which may not be serving pages from the closest server available, which could cause a feeling of slowness. Try excluding the Gravity Forms pages from your caching and CDN and see if they respond faster.

I deactivated and reactivated and now it's much smoother. Let's hope for the best.

It seems that it hasn't really solved the problem. I have now disabled the plugin and contacted support.
