GF on Headway: Forms are not displaying

    I'm running the latest version of WP and Headway theme. I installed GF and the GF Leaf for Headway. I created a form (with one conditional logic option). The preview does not display and the form does not display on the website.

    Headway endorses this plugin, so I would assume (*cough*) that these should work together. I've read other forum posts about the wp_header() and wp_footer() requirements, but I don't want to alter the theme files.

    Any ideas how to make this work properly?

    Try with the default 2011 theme and see if it works there. If it does, you will need to contact Headway support as it will be something about their theme or implementation causing the conflict.

    Also, try a simple form without conditional logic to see if that works. If so, you might have a plugin conflict causing problems with the JavaScript.
