GF order form and user registration.

  1. Hello,

I am trying to set up an order form with Gravity Forms. I already use GF with the User Registration Add-on to register a new user.

My question is: when the user is registered, logs in and orders something from the website, does GF remember his user information? Will we be able to see who placed the order in the back-end or in the email we get sent?

Thank you very much for your time!

    Warmly,
    Nancy

  2. WordPress is responsible for keeping the user logged in. If the user stays logged in, then Gravity Forms will know about it. I would ensure that your form is accessible only to logged in users by checking the "Require user to be logged in" box on the form settings. That way the form will not show to anyone not logged in, and once the visitor is logged in, Gravity Forms can capture all the related user information.

    Does that work for you?
