Gform in an admin panel

  1. Hi everybody. Congratulations for your plugin, really great.
I have built a real estate CMS with WP (theme thedawn - http://www.immobilierapart.ch). When entering the posts in the admin panel, we always use the same information (n° of rooms, n° of bathrooms, square meters, etc.). I'd like therefore to use a gravity form inside the admin panel for the writing of a post. Any idea if this is possible ?
    Thanks and best regards,
    Giacomo Marin.

  2. just to be clear, when I mention admin panel, I meant the post editor panel.
    regards, G

  3. This is not a built in feature of Gravity Forms. It's not designed to work like that. A couple people have asked about the possibility, but I have not seen anyone accomplish it.

You could create a form which creates a post, and have your authors use that, vs logging into the admin, but using Gravity Forms like this is unsupported.

You could add custom meta boxes to your post editor, or even use custom post types, to give your authors a place for inputting that repetitive data.

  4. Thanks for your answer. I'll probably use custom meta boxes.
