GForms conflict with EventsMadeEasy Plugin and gform doesn't display

    Howdy Team,

    GForm is conflicting with Events Made Easy plugin and won't display if both plugins are active.

    <div id="gform_wrapper_6" class="gf_browser_gecko gform_wrapper" style="display:none">

    When I disable the Events Made Easy plugin, the form displays.

    These pages currently contain forms that aren't displaying.

    http://cishouston.org/i-want-to/become-a-community-partner/

    Our client needs to use both plugins at the same time.

    Any guidance to resolve this is greatly appreciated.

    I see this in the footer of your site:
    <script src="//ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5.1/jquery.min.js"></script>

    This would be what is stopping Gravity Forms from working.
