gravity form dont save forms

    Hi, sorry for my english...I am working to migrate my wordpress on other server, my gravity form dont save and dont import forms, say that "Gravity Forms imported 9 formularios successfully" but the forms arent. when I want to create a new form say: There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team. Can you help me? Thanks! Hugo

    When you migrated to another server, did you change the domain name or just the hosting account?

    You can try our meta recovery tool to see if the forms can be recovered:

    Can you be sure all the Gravity Forms tables were transferred from one host to the other?

    hi, thanks for response, I try http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/#Gravity_Forms_Meta_Recovery_Tool, but nothing happened, I delete de plugin, and reinstall, gravity form install, I put de password, it appear that work, but i cant import forms and cant create a new form. my url is productos.soyoargentina.com
    I dont know if all the Gravity Forms tables were transferred from one host to the other.

    Did you change URLs when you transferred the site? Why did you migrate?

    If you reinstalled the plugin, all the database tables should be there. Do you have phpMyAdmin or something similar to take a look at the database?

    Was everything working fine for you on the old server?

    yes, I change url from soyoproductos.com.ar to productos.soyoargentina.com, I reinstalled the plugin, everything was working fine for us on the old server. I cant create or import a form, (if I import say:"Gravity Forms imported 9 formularios successfully" but there are no forms) and if create new say:"There was an error while saving your form. Please contact our support team. "
    can I send you my user and pass to help us? we paid more than one licence GravForm, never happened that, Wait response, thanks!

    The issue is that when you changed the domain name, you corrupted the serialized values (because the length of the strings changed when you changed the domain names.) You may be able to use a tool like this to fix the corrupted values.

    Before using that tool or doing anything else, I would recommend backing up the database completely.
