Gravity Form is reloading by itself

  1. http://vitizo.com/online-marketing/ on this page there is a Form called Request Consultation top of the page. This form is reloading it self. Even without any action perform on the form.
I recently update my WordPress version to the most updated one. Please advice how we can resolve this issue.

  3. This isn't a Gravity Forms issue per se, it's how you've implemented it. If you look at the form itself within the page, it doesn't refresh like that.

There's something odd about your modal window setup, or that in conjunction with some of the other scripts you've added to the page template containing your form that's causing the refresh.. I'm not sure yet. You may need to try removing some of the jQuery scripting from the form page template temporarily and see if that makes any difference.

I do see that you're loading the jQuery library twice on the form page.. you probably need to revisit that and do some cleanup with all your scripts.

  6. You're gonna have to need to take a look at how you are implementing. For example by commenting out other scripts one by one. If the form works in Preview and just simply placed on a page, then there isn't an issue with GF.
