Gravity Form Issue - Ajax error while saving form

  1. Hello Support,

Out site has been working perfectly with Gravity Form and we haven't installed any plugins onto our site. Recently when I click on Create a new Form or modify, I get a popup message "Ajax error while saving form". The only thing we have done to all our wordpress websites is update Wordpress to the lastest version. Hope you can help.

Hi there, can you try the default Twenty-Eleven theme and let us know if that changes anything? Also, can you link to your website?

  3. Hello there,

I did what you mentioned and the issue is not in the front end but the backend when I'm adding fields.

Could it be that i'm running out of php memory?

Some themes add JavaScript to the admin panel, which is why I asked you to change themes. I am assuming that didn't do anything? Usually the AJAX error is a theme or plugin conflict.

Can you please make sure you have tried all the following steps:

  5. Hello David,

I changed the theme to the default WP and still gravity form ajax message is coming up in the backend. I deactivated all the plugins on this one website and left gravity forms only enabled and the same thing.

This just started happening to all our client websites on our dedicated server that is http://www.willsmith.com, http://www.decostainc.com, http://www.guelphy.org and others that we host.

Is there a way that I can give you access to one of our clients website to see if you can figure out what is causing this issue with Gravity Forms.

    Please let me know.

    Thanks,
    Marcelo
