Gravity form not displaying

    I recently changed my theme so I guess there may be a connection there but other gravity forms are displaying fine.
    Anyone understand why this one might not be. I checked the source code and the code is there but I just can't see the form.Other forms will display on this page too so I guess the trouble is not with the page but the form
    Any ideas appreciated.

    It's most likely a javascript issue because the form is being set to display:none. I assume you might be using conditional logic on this form? There is probably a theme or plugin conflict of some kind:

    Thanks Rob. The conflict was with sharebar: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/sharebar/
    I guess I have to look for another sharing solution.
