Gravity form not functioning properly - keeps timing out

    My name is John Morgan, Managing Director of Morgan Recruiting. I had my website redesigned this fall by E-motional Web Design and they gave me this site information as I am having a great deal of difficulty with my online form recently.

    In the beginning of our site, the form worked great and online applications processed smoothly. In the past three weeks, something has happened to the gravity form to cause it to crash for a number of people. I have received numerous reports from applicants that the form simply times out for them - they wait for it to take them to the confirmation page (to let them know their application was received), but that never happens. In addition to the error messages I am getting from applicants, there has been a large reduction in the number of applications (despite increased advertising) and I can see (in the admin section of our site) where there are a number of applicants who visit the application page but we never end up receiving their application.

    That this application form is not working properly can be devastating for our business as we rely on online applications in order to hire people for positions.

  2. I just submitted the form fine. It took about 10 seconds the first time, and came back with a validation error because I forgot to upload a photo. I added the photo and it took about 6 seconds the second time. I did not see an visible problems or unusual delays. Here is the confirmation screen I received after submission:

    If the form is performing intermittently, you will need to check with your host for any sort of logs which would point to errors, time out problems or email delivery issues. From my perspective, it seems like the form is working correctly.

    I have the same problem here:
    After submit I see the loading animation and it just keeps "loading" and does not redirect to the thank you page. Messages are sent, but confirmation page doesn't show.

    Can you check it out?

    Can you check to make sure you don't have a plugin/theme conflict that could be causing this issue?

    You also have some JS issues that you should look at solving. I used to Inspect on Google Chrome to see them.
