    Hi,

    I would like to embed a survey on my website.
    The idea is to send email out via Mailchimp with a link to the embedded form.

    Is it possible to know who filled out the form without asking the user their email address, by adding the user id to the link.

    I received a survey that does just that, where the user id is part of the link:
    http://www.autowork.co.za/client-survey/?id=38&bookingId=22021
