Gravity Form Wordpress Users

  1. Good afternoon,

I have integrated Gravity forms into a Wordpress site and can easily view the entries made by customers when a form is submitted. However I wish to add another user so they can view the same entries as an editor or similar user but where they cannot change any pages or finer details.
I have tried all the themes settings and they can only view the entries if they are also an editor, is there a plugin or way I can achieve this as I would like the client to be able to read these entries but not have to worry about them accidently changing anything?

    Thank you

If you install a Role Management plugin, you can add Gravity Forms roles to any user level.

  3. Thank you David,

I tried several plugins with no luck, it appears although the option to exclude the Gravity forms individual fields is included, they do not work once you log into the "created role".

Thank you for getting back so quickly.

  5. There are a few plugins that should give you control over what parameters certain users can use, ie pages, plugins etc. When you go into them it shows the Gravity forms as an additional option and you can select whether the user can use them or not. However upon logging in as the user, the gravity form option in the sidebar is nowhere to be found, even when you add the option to include it to users other than the administrator. I tried four plugins with the same result, gravity forms will not show up at all to any user field other than the original administrator. I guess it must be the combination of themes and plugins i am using.

Yeah, if the user role has all of the Gravity Forms roles/permissions, then it should show up. If it isn't then you might be experiencing issues with a theme/plugin conflict, but I don't know why it would show with your admin account, but not with other accounts given the same roles.

Can you try the following to see if you can isolate the issue?
