Gravity Forms allowing more than set limit for entries for a product - help!

  1. We have set up a limit on a product which is actually a ticket to a weekend event. The first 12 people get a certain price and then the price goes up for the next 24 people and on for 5 tiers of pricing. We are still testing and launching tomorrow and finding now that if there is one slot left in the tier, GF will let more than one person register if they register around the same time online.
Is this a know problem or is there some attribute I have overlooked in the form to handle multiple submissions at the same time? The users think that there will be many people trying to register at the same time.
    Thanks!

  2. We will take a look. I think I know what is going on. The entry limit is being checked when the form is displayed and must not be checking as part of the submit process itself. We'll need to add this logic as part of the submit process so this can be avoided. I will discuss this with our lead developer and see about getting this changed in Gravity Forms v1.6.3 which is getting ready to be released publicly next week.
