I have just installed Gravity Forms on my site, and went to create a new form, but i cannot create anything, as any field i select, you cannot select anything as the formatting has gone haywire. See screenshot.

We have used Gravity Forms before, and it is excellent, works on other sites perfectly, but for some reason, it is messed up here. I have tried uninstalling, installing, deactivating and uninstalling other plugins, but same result. Could you help me please.

  2. Assuming all other plugins are deactivated and this issue is still occurring, also change your theme to TwentyTen to see if the theme you are currently using is loading any styles or scripts in the admin that are causing the conflict. Let me know once you've confirmed that plugins and your theme are not the issue.

Yep, seems to be the Theme :( I'm using a Templatic Theme (Private Lawyer) I activated Twenty Ten, and the Form is working now. Oh well, back to the drawing board.

  4. @drughelpdesk This means the theme is outputting Javascript in the Gravity Forms admin and causing the conflict. You may want to notify Templatic of this issue. They should only enqueue scripts when necessary and not output them on every page load, especially the admin. This is how conflicts are created when theme developers (and plugin developers) do things like this.
