Gravity forms datepicker is not rendering properly

    I have deployed a gravity form shortcode with multiple datepickers, but the popover datepicker is not rendering as expected (though it works fine in preview.

    It looks like your default forms.css file isn't being loaded properly. That's why the date picker and the other fields aren't styled properly. You can check your FORMS > SETTINGS page in the WordPress admin and make sure you have your "output CSS" option set to yes.
