Gravity Forms no longer working after update

  1. Hi rob,

After updating Gravity Forms, it has stopped showing my notifications when a user clicks 'add to cart' in Woocommerce, and instead just refreshes the page.

If you go to add a product to cart, such as on my site: http://doamore.wpengine.com/shop/simba/ , you will see that when pressing add to cart, it just refreshes the page.

Again, this was working fine before updating the plugin. If you disable to Gravity Forms plugin, it works completely fine again.

Please help and look forward to it. This is the last issue before we can launch. Thanks much Rob!

  2. When I tried it, I received a 503 Bad Gateway error. That is not related to Gravity Forms. Maybe you can talk to WP Engine about that?

UPDATE: I tried again in a different browser and it was added to the cart. I did not see any notification that it was added to the cart though. What used to happen?

Also, when I go to view cart, I see the item in there, and the status message "Product successfully added to your cart. [ View Cart ]" in a green background. Is that what used to appear on the product page after clicking add to cart? ''

If so, that is a question for Woocommerce. That functionality is provided by their plugin. It's possible they need to update something to stay current with the latest Gravity Forms release.

  3. Sir,

Yes it is adding to the cart, but it is not displaying the notifications the way it is supposed to be or programmed to be. As soon as I deactivate gravity forms, it works fine and displays the correct notifications.

Woocommerce has looked into this and has told me that it is being caused by the Gravity Forms plugin. Again, as SOON as I deactivate the Gravity Forms plugin, it shows the notifications correctly. It doesn't make sense to me that it is a woocommerce problem when as soon as I deactivate the Gravity Forms plugin, everything works fine

  4. As an update: I went ahead and tried it with both Wordpress base themes, and it is still doing the REFRESH thing unless I deactivate the Gravity Forms plugin.
