Gravity Forms not sending data to our emails

  1. We are having a problem with our gravity forms. The forms show up but the forms are not delivering the forms data to our emails. We can see the entry in the admin panel for any submitted forms but the results do not get sent to us to see what has been submitted by the user.

This is the form that is giving the issue we're trying to resolve http://www.4clicks.com/demo-request/

Did you set up notifications? And in notifications, did you place the {all_fields} merge tag in the body?

  3. Yes the notifications are set and the {all_fields) merge tag is in place.

When it comes to notifications, Gravity Forms passes the data to WordPress' built-in wp-mail.php file. If your server is set-up incorrectly, or your domain is set-up incorrectly, this could cause issues with sending e-mail via PHP. Can I have you install and configure the WP MAIL SMTP plugin.

It can take over from wp-mail.php and usually this solves notifications not being sent errors.

I have the same problem. But I know that Gravity forms can work without plugins with this provider. this is a clients website, but our own is hosted on the same server and we also use Gravity forms?

kallehval - Are you saying your notification e-mails are working but a clients is not? If so, you'll be looking for a plugin conflict. http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict

Hi David. No, Wordpress picks up all messages to see in the backend, but no emails are sent at all. I have recently moved the website to this new server from another provider. Copy all content and import/export database. Could this be the reason? As I wrote earlier, our own site is hosted the same place without any problems or special plug-ins.

    Thanks

Can you please test for a theme and plugin conflict and then try the SMTP plugin?

  9. I thought we were supposed to have our own threads for support. I was told to start my own thread. This is getting confusing as to my support issue only.

Which is why we try to tell people to create their own threads, but it gets to sounding rude sometimes. :$ 4clicks - have you tried the SMTP plugin yet?

  11. Yes we tried that and it seems that the form is delivering the emails but not to all email accounts for some reason. We are going to try rebuilding one of the forms in question to see if it may somehow have gotten corrupted.

Are some of the e-mails going to spam? There isn't any reason that I can think of that some e-mails would be delivered and others wouldn't other than server settings or spam issues.
