Gravity forms not working

I've been using gravity forms successfully for a few months. I've made no changes that I can think of recently, but over the last few days all forms, including use registration, have stopped working. Nothing happens (I get no email, user not registered) but the user is redirected after submission as if the form did work.

I have no idea where to begin troubleshooting this problem. Version is up to date. I have not installed any new plugins in the last 3 months.

    Thanks in advance

Update: I just tried submitting a form that also uses the user registration add-on.

I tried using the same username and email that I had previously used to test before writing the first post. However, the system said this username and email already existed.

I checked users in the system but the user doesn't exist anywhere. I can't login with the details I just created either

Are entries being saved? Have you upgraded plugins? Have you upgraded a theme? Can you preview your forms and fill them out?

Sorry for the delay. I have nearly 60 plugins, so trying to find the culprit takes some time, especially when forms have required fields and can't use the same data to test.

It looks like deactivating and then reactivating all plugins worked. I couldn't find a specific plugin that was causing the issue, but when I finished testing it worked. Hopefully, this is a permanent fix.

    Thanks.

  5. Wow, 60 plugins - that's a lot. Glad you got it working.
