I'm working on preparing a website for my girlfriend and I as I am preparing to ask for her hand in marriage. However, I chose to use the Save the Date theme by iThemes as my theme. When using v3.0.3 of Wordpress, all forms using RC1 & RC2 of v1.5 of Gravity Forms, are unviewable. I select the form I wish to use, and the screen appears as a page, with the header as well as all the sidebars, but no forms are evident. Any thoughts?

You've added some bad markup inline that's breaking the conditional logic script from what I can tell.

Check all of that, make sure the markup is correct and see if it works for you then.
