Gravity Forms on Mobile website doesn't show

  1. Hi! A colleague of mine created a form and added customization to enable it to pass the data to infusionsoft. However, when the form is viewed in a mobile phone, it does not show up. I see this offending code: <div class='gf_browser_safari gf_browser_iphone gform_wrapper' id='gform_wrapper_3' style='display:none'>. As I investigated the problem, I disabled the "Enable Conditional Logic" on a field and voila! the form shows up on the mobile. I don't want to disable it permanently so do you guys have an idea how to correct this problem? Thanks a lot!

  2. Hi, clickmarketing,

What version of Gravity Forms is being used on the site in question? If they are using Gravity Forms 1.6.3 beta 1 then we have release some bug fixes for conditional logic as 1.6.3 beta 2. This is available for download on the Plugin Downloads page (http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/) . This addresses some issues like what you are seeing.

If they are still using 1.6.2x, then can you provide me a link to the form so I can check it out? Does the form work in a non-mobile device with conditional logic enabled?
