Gravity Forms Plugin not working properly

  1. When I click the settings for the Gravity Forms plugin it turns my Wordpress admin panel to something that looks like a hierarchical structure of the admin panel. It definitely looks like there is a glitch. The same thing happens when I click on "forms" in the left column my admin panel. No forms of any kind actually show up. It just continues to look like a twisted view of my admin panel that doesn't function.

Can you re-install Gravity Forms from a fresh download? Also, can you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  3. I tried reinstalling it... same thing happens. I want to find out of the gravity forms works with my current theme but I don't want to change my website to another theme and potentially lose any data, content, media, etc. What if gravity themes does not work with my theme?

  4. What theme are you using? If it's free, I can download and install it. If it's not free, can you email me a zip file of the theme at chris@rocketgenius.com - I can install it and try to find the conflict. If you prefer, I can look at your wp-admin if you send me an administrator login to the site.

It will be hard for us to help you without being able to see exactly what the conflict is. Once we find it, we can help you talk with your theme provider about what needs to be fixed so that it's compatible with Gravity Forms.

  8. I replied to your email again. The only obvious conflict I can see is that you are using an old version of WordPress, 3.2.1, with the latest Gravity Forms. I recommend upgrading WordPress if you can, after ensuring your theme and plugins are compatible with the latest WordPress. There was a new version of jQuery included in version 3.3 and I suspect that is causing the weirdness you are experiencing (the old jQuery conflicting with Gravity Forms.) There is more detailed information in the email. Thank you.
