Gravity forms redirect - stopped working?!?

    I used the info on this forum to make a product choice form that redirects the user to the correct product page using PHP. It's suddenly quit working on Windows (IE8, FF), but continues to work fine on the Mac (Chrome, Safari, FF).

    Are you still having problems? I went to the link provided and appeared to be correctly redirected; I am using FireFox.
