Gravity forms showing unused fields in shopping cart.

Hello! Great plug in buy the way.

So the main issue im having is. With using Wordpress and Woocommerce as the foundation. I have installed Gravity forms to handle a clients request to allow additional product/add-ons to a main product. These additional product/add-ons have individual quantity input fields.

Upon a user selecting any variable of options and quantities for this product, then adding the product to the cart (Submitting the form). What you see in the cart is the main product and the selected product/add-ons and the quantities selected, just fine. Yet any remaining product/add-ons not given a quantity/selected on the product page are passed along as well to the shopping cart. :(

Is there a way to keep the other parts of the form (The ones not given any data) from showing in the shopping cart?

Here is a link to the product page with the form in question.

    Thanks much and talk soon

Hi there, we don't have any way to control the WooCommerce Shopping Cart, in fact, the add-on for WooCommerce was created by the WooCommerce team and they would likely have the answer you are looking for.

As for your question about support, if you have the developer license, please take advantage of our Priority Support - http://www.gravityhelp.com/priority-support/

The forums get busy, and posts get buried, where our Priority Support is a full ticket system. I am so sorry your messages got overlooked, and I hope you'll never experience this again.
