Gravity Forms was working fine, now form pages are blank

    I've had GravityForms on numerous sites for a year now, and now on my own site (using the Scope theme from Themezilla) the forms have suddenly stopped displaying on their pages. Everything looks fine on the back end--no changes have been made.

    I installed the WYSIJA email plugin a while back, but then I deactivated it...that's the only change I've made to the site in the last month or so.

    Other sites where I've installed GF are all working fine.
