Gravity forms widget is wonky

  1. When I check to show the Gravity Forms widget on selected pages, it doesn't display anywhere. When I select HIDE the Gravity Forms widget on selected pages, it displays EVERYwhere.

I don't want it on a page as a widget where I have specific contact forms. What am I doing wrong here?

  2. Not sure what options you're talking about. The widget doesn't have any options to show/hide on specific pages.

Are you using the official Gravity Forms widget or a third party widget of some sort?

  3. The widget is titled FORM with a subtitle Gravity Forms Widget. First line is title, which I can title as I please, second is a selector for the form I want to use. Then comes display form title, then display form description. Below that comes Advanced Options, then Show/Hide widget (a drop down box) followed by a scrolling list of pages. Is this NOT your widget?

If not, where is yours? And, is there a way to designate which pages display the widget?

  4. Our widget doesn't have any options to designate pages. Yes, it is titled "Form". You can refer to the screenshot I linked above to see it.

If you've got options displayed there related to showing/hiding on specific pages, it's coming from some other third-party plugin that's adding them.

  5. @woagc See Kevin's screenshot above:

This is what the widget should look like. If your widget has more options than this then you either aren't using the official Gravity Forms widget *OR* you have a plugin installed that adds options to widgets.

We don't have an option or feature in the Gravity Forms widget to show/hide on specific pages.
