Project: Setup Gravity Forms to integrate with Cake Marketing Platform

Description: I need to find a developer who can create a hook or plugin so that we can integrate directly with our backend Cake marketing platform. We have a two page site, and it would be great to integrate the data from both forms on the site. The first page is a 2 field form, the second has quite a bit more.
I want to be able to pass the inputted data from form 1, to form 2 into Wordpress, and post the lead data into Cake. I also need some assistance in styling the form to function and look like an example that I have, as well as open in a lightbox.
We are working on a pretty big project, and need a dev person ASAP. We can of course pay, but were' looking for someone who is fast and "good".
