When updates are released for WordPress, GravityForms, and/or GravityForms Addons, where can we find information about compatibility, that we can check before updating a site? Plugins that are listed in the Wordpress.org Plugin Directory provide this info, but I can't find it for any related to GravityForms.

That information is not published anywhere I know of. We keep up with the latest WordPress development and treat each conflict individually when one arises.
