Grid-based multiple-choice survey

    Is it possible to create a multiple choice, grid-based series of questions, where the questions are rows and the answers are columns, as in this example?

    Yes, it's possible to do, but it takes some CSS moxy to pull it off. We'll probably introduce "likert" style field layouts in a future update or add-on. For now, you would have to do it manually
