    is it possible to customize a view. for example I have a tryout form. I want coaches to view only the entries to his age group .

  2. You will have to create some sort of view to display a limited set of entries. Gravity Forms does not have any sort of reporting like that, and entries are designed to be viewed in the back end only. Permissions are not so granular that you can limit by the criteria you're looking for.

    I am not aware of a good tutorial.

    You might be able to use the Directory and Add-ons plugin, which is available here, but was not created by us: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-addons/
