Have developers license but still get notice that I need to purchase a license

  1. I have the developers license, but recently this message shows up for the PayPal addon in the plugins page:
"Register your copy of Gravity Forms to receive access to automatic upgrades and support. Need a license key? Purchase one now."

I have gone to the Gravity forms settings page and made sure I had the correct key. It gives me a green check mark.

How do I get rid of this message? I want to make sure that the PayPal addon will continue working correctly.

    Thank you!

  2. The PayPal add-on will continue working even with that message. If your site cannot communicate with the license server in a reasonable amount of time, you will see that message. There is not much you can do to get rid of the message. Please check again later, as I just checked and the license server is responding normally. It's something in the communication between your site and the license server.

I am having the same issue with multiple sites, it also is saying there is an update for the PayPal Add-on plugin on my ManageWP but there is no update available. Is that the same issue?

  4. It's possible. To get the latest version of the add-ons, you can download them from this page:
    http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/add-ons/

Can you confirm the version of Gravity Forms you are using, and also what version of the PayPal add-on you are running?
