Help! Conditional Logic only works with SELECT Options not Values

Conditional Logic does not work with SELECT Values, only with SELECT Options

I am unable to trigger conditional logic using Select Values as only the Select Options are displayed in the conditional logic popup as usable by the conditional logic engine.

In other words: if your Select Values are not the same as your Select Options then your Conditional Logic will not work....
