'Help' hover-over hangs screen

  1. When I am creating a form, I use the ? buttons to remind me what each field is about. The trouble is that the help box that pops up will no close again and ends up hanging my display. How do I solve this issue? I am in Wordpress 3.0 by the way, and Gravity Forms is the only plug-in installed.

  2. The tooltips should dismiss themselves shortly after you move your mouse away from the link. I can't recreate this issue. Which specific help icon are you referring to? Also, what screen resolution and browser are you using?

  3. Thanks for prompt reply. It happens with any of the tooltips associated with the form fields that I am inserting into a new form. Broswer is IE8 and screen res is 1280 x 800.

  5. OK. So sorting the issue with Captcha also seems to have solved the issue with the tooltips. Why, I do not know. But gracias all the same.

  6. Okay, that's really odd. I was trying to recreate the problem but hadn't been able to so far. We'll chalk it up to voodoo magic or something and keep and eye out for future issues.

    Thanks for the update.
