Help with short code support

  1. I have been searching the forums, but I cannot find an answer to my question.

I created a form and inserted the short code for the form into a page. The page just shows the short code on the screen and not the form itself. The theme I am using is based on the Twenty Eleven Theme. I know that it is something in the theme, because when I activate the Twenty Tweleve theme it shows up.

Do I need to add something to my functions.php in order to get this to work?

    Please advise.

Actually, it might be something already in your functions.php file stopping our shortcode from working. What theme are you using, can you link to the page where you have the form?

  3. The form is here:

The theme was built for me. They used the 2011 theme as a base.

Can you please try the troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue? http://www.gravityhelp.com/documentation/page/Testing_for_a_Theme/Plugin_Conflict
