Hide pricing calculation in "Price Field"

Hi. I'm using Gravity Form to create customized products for customers but the site owner does not want to show the price calculation in the prices field, he only need the price to be showed in total. My question is: How do I to do not show the +$price after each price field option, but still making the calculation?

GREAT! Thanks a lot Rob. By the way I'm using gravity form for woocommerce. Where should I put this javascript code? See my page: http://rockcandy.racheaqui.net/produto/balas-customizadas/

JavaScript goes in your theme's header.php file before </head>
