Hiding Add-ons

    I would like to hide some of these add-ons from all administrators as some of them are basically advertisements for services that are in competition to other services I'm providing for the future owner of the website I'm building.

    (If I build X and pair it with Y I don't want X advertising A, B, & C instead of Y)

    What is the best way to hide these?
