How can you tell if the paypal amount donated was actually donated?

    Within the entries dashboard of a paypal form - How can you tell whether or not the payment went through or not? There is no field that shows whether or not the donations was paid - but yet the entry still exists. Some of the donations are not being paid - yet we are still getting entries with the fields of the amounts that were about to donate in them

    Hi Dave, I am new to Gravity Forms, but from what I have experimented with, if you set up your IPN correctly there is a label called 'Payment Status' in your form entries.

    This can be added to the columns from the small edit button on the right hand side.
    When you view an individual entry, the payment details are in the right Info sidebar.

    If the payment was not completed, it will state 'Processing'. Completed ones state 'Approved'.

    Turning off emails of incomplete payment forms can be done in the PayPal Transaction Settings as well.
