Do I add the form used to create a post into a post or page? I can't find any directions specific to creating a post from the form.
Would I put this post with the form in the same category that I'm using the form to create the posts or can I put it anywhere either a page or a post.

For details on using a form to create a post, you can read up on the various Post Fields here:

You can embed this form on any post or page regardless of the category as the category of the created post will be determined by the Post Category field.
