How do I add a link in the response email?

  1. Ok, I searched everywhere on the support forum for an answer, and I am quite surprised that nobody has asked this...... or maybe I am the only one that hasn't been able to figure it out on my own.

In my email notification to users, I have something to this effect:

    "Thank you for ordering

Click here to download your product" <---- I want this to be a link

I thought I would be able to somehow put the link to the download page in this email, but I cannot find anyway to add HTML in the body of that email.

Can someone explain to me how this can be done?

    Thanks

    Pam

  2. The notification messages support HTML. There isn't a WYSIWYG editor there for that, but you can write normal HTML markup for your notification and it works just fine.

  3. Thank you Kevin. The question is, how do I get "under the hood" so I can write the HTML? I have not been able to find a way.

  4. Oh dear, I just realized that I don't need to get under the hood. I just put the code right there on the page. Now I really feel blonde!

    Thanks for the help
