How do I assign gform_full_access to new administrator?

  1. I've added two new administrators and deleted others who used to have gform_full_access. None of the new admins have access to the forms. I cannot find how I add gform_full_access to them. I read through the forums and saw that the Members plugin is supposed to be able to help with this. I installed it but all I get is a list of the administrators (and other roles) but no capability to give individual users full access to the Gravity Forms. I looked at the Add New Role list and see several functions there for Gravity Forms but no gform_full_access. Plus I don't want to add a new role, I need to add the capability to one existing Administrator role. It seems like this was not so difficult when I first installed Gravity Forms but now it is hidden somehow. How do you add this assignment to someone?
I am using WP 3.5.1 with the Twenty Eleven theme.

  2. Please, does anyone know how to add gform_full_access to an administrator? I really need some help with this. My old username was compromised and I had to create a new administrator username and delete the old one. But now I don't have any access to the gforms. I thought it would be automatic since I'm the admin but apparently not.

It should default for anyone that is an Admin level role in WordPress. Do you have a role manager plugin installed or have you otherwise edited the roles and permissions? Are you using the latest WordPress and Gravity Forms versions?

  4. Yes, as I said in my original post. I am using WordPress 3.5.1 with the Twenty Eleven theme. (Omitted from original post: I am using Gravity Forms 1.7.5 and Gravity Forms + Custom Post Types 3.0.1.) I did not have a role manager plugin installed but added one afterwards to see if it would help--it didn't--see below. I have not modified roles but I notice that another person who was added as an admin also did not get an automated full access but I hadn't noticed it before because he didn't need it anyway.

  5. So what do I do to get full access? Do I have to reinstall Gravity Forms? What will happen to my existing forms?
