How do I delete some of content generated when a form goes to shopping cart?

    When someone submits this form: http://mamacocoasdelights.com/product/assorted-truflles-twelve-pack/

    all of the options appear when the form is added to the cart.

    Is there a way for only their selected options to appear in the cart/receipt?

    I would rather not have all the unchecked items still be visible after the form is submitted.

    This is a question for Woocommerce since the cart functionality is provided by them.
