How do I put the notification emails as part of the "Entries" section?
Basically, I want the information that I sent to the notification emails to also be shown for my Entries.
How do I do this?

For example, I created a conditional shortcode so that when "Number" is 25...that a certain email is sent.
How do I do it, so that -- when "Number" is indeed 25, that, that conditional message is also shown in the "Entries" of that form.

You can't modify the Entries screen to show messages sent in Notifications. They don't connect at all. The entries screen only shows what was submitted in the forms.
