How do I upgrade my Forum Profile to Developer Status?

    Basically, I bought your great promo for existing license holders. I bought it last night. Question: How do I upgrade my Forum Profile Status to Developer, so I can access all the add-ons and feature areas of this forum? Creating a new profile only confuses things and makes tow profiles for one person. Advise please.

    You didn't need to create a new profile, you just needed to edit your existing profile and change your email address to the same email address you used to purchase Gravity Forms. It recognizes you as a customer based on your email address by matching that up with your order.

    I apologize for the delay in responding, however it's Thanksgiving holiday here in the United States so support response time is going to be longer than normal due to the holiday.

    Okay, I'll try to change it, but doubt it will work now, due to a profile existing with my new email address. Maybe a FAQ might help for future GF'ers. Let's see what happens.

    No dice. won't override email address change, Using latest FF browser. Forget it unless you want to do some admin work? I doubt it. We're all busy. later.

    If you want us to delete your 2nd account (Robert Lang GF Designer) I can go ahead and do so and then you can update your original account with the correct email address and you'll be good to go.

    Just let me know if this is what you want to do and i'll go ahead and do so...

    Okay all good. thanks. btw, I've been on your forms being employed for almost three months, working for a real estate client. Awesome stuff. So I bought the dev license to expand horizons once I'm done here. Also picked up every possible book ever written on php, sql, html5, and css. Nothing scares me now, lol. I live to hack, but its better to create from scratch. Making my own templates in WP to embed GF into. Alot happier now!
